Surgical Outcomes-Based Measures Developed in Partnership with CMS and the CDC; Approval Marks Latest Step in Path to National Implementation

CHICAGO (February 7, 2012) – Two outcomes-based measures from the American College of Surgeons National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (ACS NSQIP) were recently endorsed by the National Quality Forum (NQF).
